Walk 15 ® is a group exercise class for people of all ages and all fitness levels. This way of walking for health, fitness, strength building, or weight loss allows participants to walk miles indoors or outdoors in a group setting. Each class features everything you need for total fitness!
From the beginner all the way to the advanced, yoga is a style that encompasses posture-based physical fitness, stress-relief, and relaxation through a variety of poses. Yoga can help increase flexibility, increase muscle strength, and improve athletic performance.
Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYFLOW® is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. During BODYFLOW® an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates.
The original weights class that builds strength, tones your body, and pushes you to new strengths every time. Your class, your strength, your benefits! Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight on the barbell will inspire you to get the results you have been looking for!
The TRX Suspension Trainer is the workout system that leverages gravity and your body weight to perform hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.
Music is the driving force behind this indoor-cycling program that uses a high performance and fully adjustable stationary, racing bicycle. The fundamental techniques and positions presented have been carefully selected to ensure a safe, fun, and effective workout for every student, regardless of fitness level.
This is a type of interval training exercise. It incorporates several rounds that alternate between several minutes of high intensity movements to significantly increase the heart rate to at least 80% of one’s maximum heart rate, followed by short periods of lower intensity movements.
This class is a form of boxing based on kicking and punching. The rapid movements in kickboxing also improve flexibility, balance, coordination, and can help you build faster reflexes.

Our experienced and professional personal trainers will coach, motivate, and inspire you to reach your health and fitness goals. Personal trainers tailor a unique workout plan to your current fitness level in order to help you achieve your goals. Our trainers will show you proper techniques to avoid injury, help you move past plateaus, and provide accountability and motivation to stick with your routine.
Personal training at the Y includes one-on-one coaching through your entire workout every time you meet, plus advice and guidance to stick to your fitness plan on days you may not meet with your trainer. The goal of our personal trainers is to help you achieve your goals! They want to help you succeed whether you are strength building, increasing mobility, trying to lose weight, conditioning, or just working on yourself!
To help meet your schedule and needs, personal training is now available in 30 minute sessions and 1 hour sessions.
In person 30-Minute Packages:
